WW2 Thinking Days

On Monday 11th and Tuesday 12th November, the whole school took part in 2 full days to look at different things to do with World War 2.

We started off by having a whole school assembly and looked at any artefacts that people brought in. We then all made a wooden cross and took these to place around the memorial cross at Church and we all took part in the minutes silence. We then came back to school and each child made their own poppy to be placed on the display. Each class looked into different things relating to the war.

On Tuesday Greg came into school to teach the children some World War 2 songs which we then performed for a group of parents.

Stay Safe on the Internet.
