Well done to Rota Kids, Jess, Grace, Louise and Merryn for organising and running a successful and fun Easter Bunny Drive on 19^th March.

On Monday 26^th February Johnny from Action Ants came into school. In our classes we enjoyed using mini cross bows in the morning.

On Wednesday 29^th November and Friday 15^th December 2023 all of the children took part in our Great Christmas Cake Bake. There was lots of mixing, pouring and stirring involved.

On Friday 8th December Julie cooked the whole school a delicious Christmas lunch. The whole school would like to thank Julie, Eirian and Louise for all their help and making such a yummy lunch.

On Monday 4^th December, Theatre Online came into school to perform Beauty and the Beast. It was a brilliant panto and we all had fun singing and clapping along to the songs.

Some of the children took part in the Lanercost Cross Country Competition on Friday 24^th November at Talkin Tarn.

Class One have loved being back in school, playing with our friends and enjoying the different areas to play in our classroom. We’ve played in the sand and water trays, made yummy mud pies in the mud kitchen and got messy playing with the gloopy slimy ‘clean mud’.

Class One have been very busy since coming back to school in September. Our topic this term is India we have enjoyed learning about this country.

We hosted a Scholastic Book Fair from Monday 20^th November – Thursday 23^rd November and invited parents and pupils to join us after school each day for a browse of the bookshelves.
