Last week Class 2 had a fabulous visit from Stephen Wright, a geologist who provided a great introduction to our Science topic on Rocks and Fossils.

On our first Friday back after the Christmas break, class 3 kicked off our Anglo Saxon topic with a visit to Jarrow Hall, in the North East.
It is a working farm with cattle, sheep, geese, goats and even a rare four-horned Jacob sheep!

On Thursday 18th December, the whole school enjoyed an afternoon of partying, dancing, playing fun games.
We had games of Christmas corners, pass the parcel, musical mats and musical statues.

On Wednesday 17th December Julie cooked the whole school a delicious Christmas lunch. The whole school would like to thank Julie, Eirian and Natalie for all their help and making such a yummy lunch.

Class One have had so much fun in first half of Autumn term and we are only a few weeks in the second half of term.

We recently held our annual Scholastic Book Fair in school and welcomed parents and pupils to come along after school on each of the days, browse the shelves and choose from a selection of factual and fictional books.

On the first Monday after half term, the Rota Kids (Joseph, Holly, Joseph and Mollie) organised a disco with party games.

On Wednesday 15th October 2025 world champion wheelchair basketball player Nat Pattinson came to school. The whole school took part in learning the sport and all had such a fun time going in the wheelchairs.

WINNERS
On Saturday 11th October a team competed in and won the Brampton Schools Football Tournament. They played 9 matches in total, winning 7, drawing 1 and losing only 1 match. They played brilliantly and showed great sportsmanship.
A HUGE congratulations to Esmae, Harper, Joseph, George, Harris, Alfie, Noah, Joseph, Ritchie and Lucas!!
