All the children took part in Sports Day on 15th June. Everyone took part in a sprint event, a novelty event, long distance run and relay. The sun shone and it was a great day.

On Tuesday 14th June some children from Class 3 went to WHS to take part in a Primary Sports Festival. They entered a variety of field and track events. It was a great morning and lots of certificates were awarded. Well done to everyone who took part.

On Thursday 26th May, Class One went to Carlisle Cathedral. We went into ‘Princess Belle’s Castle’. The celling was very very high.

On Thursday 19th May, Class One visited Bitts Park. We were dropped off at the car park, we then walked into the park and took our first photo between the Bitts Park stone walls.

On Tuesday 17th May, Classes 2 and 3 walked from Birdoswald to Gilsland along Hadrian’s Wall.

The children had lots of fun exploring the wall and imagining what life would have been like as a Roman soldier.

All the year 6 children had a fun afternoon at Hollywood Bowl. They enjoyed 3 games of bowling, fun on the arcade games and finished off with their choice of meal. Well done to them all for surviving their Sats tests!
